Refurbished Sony Playstation 4 - PS4: Cool Tips, Tricks & Secrets You Must Try - buyEtail.com

Sony

2 The newest Dualshock is easily the finest iteration Sony have put out yet, adopting the thick-set design of Microsoft’s Xbox controllers to great effect – but in loading in so much functionality through touch-pads, LED lights and pressure-sensitive triggers it makes for one hell of a drain on the battery.

Luckily the DS4 can be fully charged away from the console – literally anything with a USB power source will provide the right amount of juice, just watch for the controller’s light glowing yellow until it’s finished.
The DS4’s port is a micro USB, so your phone might already have the requisite cable.

Sony

One of the biggest selling points of Microsoft’s console is the integration of it and your TV, working in unison to turn each other on and off.

The PS4 has this functionality too; you simply need to hop into the console settings and tick ‘Enable HDMI Device Link’. Now, this is specific to certain newer TVs (especially Sony Bravia models) that will recognise and display ‘Playstation 4’ in the input source list, but it does mean you can do a couple of cool things.

One is say both your PS4 and TV are on standby, hitting your controller’s PS button will kickstart both the console and TV into life (after you’ve enabled the Device Link, remember) and second if you’re watching regular TV or another input and the PS4 is turned off, switching to the HDMI output assigned to the console will boot it back up automatically.

Refurbished Apple iPad and iPhone - iOS 9 tip - Quick Reply in your favorite Messaging apps - buyEtail.com

You will be able to use Quick Reply in your favorite Messaging apps like WhatsApp. Apple has introduced User Notifications Text Input in iOS 9 for developers. It will finally allow developers to implement the Quick Reply feature in their Messaging apps. The Quick Reply feature can be paired with other actions as well.
So you will be able to swipe down on a notification from your favorite Messaging app and respond to it just like you could in the Messages app. Developers still need to add support for this feature, so don’t expect Quick Reply to work when you install iOS 9. Apps like Twitter already support the Quick Reply feature.

If you have an iPad Air 2, iPad Mini 4, or an iPad Pro, then you can enjoy split screen multitasking. This feature has been rumored for a long time, but iOS 9 finally makes it a reality. Swipe in from the right of your screen, and you’ll see a multitasking side bar where you can pick another app to run alongside whatever you have open. You can also drag it over further to split the screen 50-50 if you want to use apps side by side.

Refurbished Apple iPad and iPhone - iOS 9 tip: How to launch Siri hands-free - buyEtail.com

if you have a new iPhone 6S or 6S Plus, you can now say, “Hey Siri,” anywhere, at any time, and Siri will respond. In iOS 8 this was only possible when your iPhone was plugged in and charging, which is unfortunately still the case for the iPhone 6 and below. Go to Settings > General > Siri and toggle Hey Siri on. You’ll do a quick spot of training to ensure that Siri only responds to your voice, and then you’re good to go.

Refurbished Apple iPad and iPhone - iOS 9 tip: See what your iPhone and iPad can make it easy to Manually Go Low Power - buyEtail.com

Manually Go Low Power

 Manually Go Low Power

The iPhone's Achilles' heel for its entire existences has been the battery. It's barely good enough for a full day without a recharge. Thus the intro of a Low Power Mode, though you have to turn it on yourself: Go intoSettings > Battery, and it's at the top. When activated, the mode turns off a lot of background functions, like app refresh, automatic downloads, GPS/location services, and many visual effects. It'll check in with you again at 20 percent and 10 percent power. You can tell when it's working because the battery life indicator at the top turns yellowish-orange. Low Power Mode will deactivate when you go back above 80 percent, and thereafter, you need to manually turn it on again if needed.

Refurbished Apple iPad and iPhone - iOS 9 tip: See what your iPhone and iPad can Make Photos More Video-esque - buyEtail.com

Make Photos More Video-esque

 Make Photos More Video-esque
The new Live Photos feature—available only in the new iPhone 6s and 6s Plus—adds something to the already upgraded 12-megapixel camera. On either side of the snapping of an image, the camera will also record 1.5 seconds of video with sound. It's like making an instant animated GIF (but not in that actual format—Live Photos are much higher res and come with sound). You don't have to do anything special to make one. Hold your finger on the picture when you view it later and you get the full "live" motion—it's like the pictures taken in the Harry Potter-verse come to life.

If you like the moving image, turn it into a wallpaper on your Lock screen. iOS 9 supports that, too.

Keep in mind, it's going to take up about double the space of the single picture you previously took, on the phone and on iCloud. And if you back them up to Google Photos or Dropbox's Carousel they just go flat. Upgrade to iOS 9.1 to avoid Live Photo including the time when you lower and raise the iPhone to take the pic.

Refurbished Apple iPad and iPhone - iOS 9 tip: See what your iPhone and iPad can do now Easily Move from Android - Six Digit Security Code - buyEtail.com

Easily Move from Android

Easily Move From Android

Apple's first app for Android is out! No surprise, it's all about getting people off the Android platform and on a device running iOS 9. CalledMove to iOS, it helps current Android phone users move all their important data—contacts, photos, mail settings, calendars, even their SMS message history—into iCloud, so it can be easily sucked down to an iPhone.

Use a Six-Digit Security Code

Use a Six-Digit Security Code
When you set up security on older iPhones, even when you use the Touch ID fingerprint sensor, you still had to have a Passcode. That's a four-digit PIN that works like a backup during those times the iPhone won't read your fingerprint (like when it's wet, sticky, etc.—pretty much every other time you try it). With iOS 9, that passcode has gone to a mandatory six digits. That might seem like more work for you, but it's a lot safer. If someone steals your phone with a four-digit code, they have 10,000 options to guess it. At six digits, the combinations jump to 1 million possibilities.

However, when you upgrade from iOS 8 to 9 and have a pre-existing Passcode, it remains at four digits. To make the change, go into Settings > Touch ID & Passcode > Change Passcode (you'll have to enter your existing Passcode to get this far, then again when you ask to make the change). Enter the new code twice. You can't simply re-enter the existing code—iOS will not allow it.

Thomas Kinkade's The Hour of Prayer - 2002 - buy through buyEtail.com

The Hour of Prayer - 2002

An hour spent in meditation provides a glimpse of eternity. We look to the garden of prayer for such sweet repose, and in The Hour of Prayer, I believe we find it. The Hour of Prayer anticipates the dawning of a peaceful kingdom when time will be no more and prayer will be a direct communion with the divine.

Great deals on Refurbished Samsung Galaxy S5 - Inside car mode on the Samsung Galaxy S5 - buyEtail.com

Galaxy S5 car mode

We're all aware of the dangers of using a smartphone behind the wheel, but as they're ever more the center of our connected lifestyles there are several things it can do for you. Music, navigation, hands-free communication, for example.

What Samsung has on the Galaxy S5 is its own built in car mode that gives you that functionality while trying to remain as safe as possible. You still absolutely need to use it in a windshield or vent mounted dock, but here's what Samsung car mode can do for you.

What it does and how to activate it

Galaxy S5 car mode

What it does is very little, and that's a good thing. It purposely limits the options available to you. So you can call, message, get your music and use the navigation. The buttons to press are pretty gigantic – and it also works just the same in landscape – so you don't need to concentrate too much on hitting the right one. In good light it'll be colored, when it gets darker you'll see the more refined user interface pictured up top.
It's also fully controllable with your voice. Say "Hi Galaxy" followed by a voice command and car mode will carry it out without you taking your eyes off the road for even a split second
Sounds great, so how do you activate it? The first method is to slide down your quick settings menu and tap the relevant toggle. The second – and much cooler – way of doing it is with Bluetooth. If you have a Bluetooth connection in your car you can register it so that when the phone detects it and connects, car mode is automatically engaged.

Example voice commands

Galaxy S5 car mode

Each of the four options available has a voice command. Here are some examples of what you can say:
"Call David home"
"Text Katie message I'm going to be late"
"Navigate to Wembley Stadium"
"Play album Out Among the Stars"
Pretty basic, but get the job done without needing to touch the phone at all. If you do touch the buttons to initiate, you're still prompted to say what you want to do.
Settings
Each of the four features have their own settings to customize. While pretty basic, they're worth checking out because they could make the experience even slicker.
Phone - Edit suggested contacts
Messages - Edit suggested contacts to keep your most messaged people close at hand and set a stock response message.
Navigation - Set a location as home and work so you're able to just say "navigate home," or "navigate to work." Add other custom places too so that you can get them quickly and easily.
Car mode on the Galaxy S5 is a really simple tool but one that manages to keep you connected without needing to touch the phone at all. Distractions behind the wheel are still dangerous, but Samsung has done a good job at trying to minimize it.

Refurbished Apple iPad and iPhone - iOS 9 tip: See what your iPhone and iPad can do now - buyEtail.com

The first — and most important — thing you need to know is: There's a new *back button.*

The most important — thing you need to know is: There’s a new *back button.*

After clicking on a link or a notification, a “Back to [previous app]” button will appear in the top left corner.

You don’t need to dive into the Settings app to enable this feature — you just have to look for it. That back button most Android fans yap about? This is it, and it may be the best iOS 9 feature of all.
